We indicated in our former E-Blast regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) that the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) would be publishing model notices that may be used to inform certain former employees of their right to elect subsidized COBRA continuation coverage for a limited period of time.  The DOL did so on March 19, 2009 and those notices are attached.  Please let Sherry A. Stein, Melissa J. Jackson, or your Foster, Swift employment attorney know if you have questions regarding the completion and distribution of the model notices.
