Overview
Tom Meagher is a litigator and appellate practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He concentrates his practice on the defense of employment lawsuits, zoning, land use and commercial litigation and appeals. His cases include issues involving Federal and State of Michigan constitutional law, civil rights, statutory claims and business disputes.
Tom handles appeals for a variety of clients in a wide range of cases. He also serves as a case evaluator throughout the state. He has argued in the Michigan Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
