With heavy hearts, Foster Swift announces the passing of attorney Donald E. Martin.
Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Don served as the Ingham County Prosecuting Attorney from 1986-1997 during which time he successfully handled numerous high profile cases that garnered national attention. At Foster Swift his objective for every client was to minimize exposure and achieve the most positive results possible whether it be a criminal, a white collar or a domestic law matter.
Recognized by his peers, Don was listed in Best Lawyers in America for his skill in Criminal Defense: White Collar and Criminal Defense: Non-White Collar.
He will be missed by all who were lucky to have practiced with him.
