The Michigan law firm of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named Brent Titus as the “Lansing Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” for 2009.
After more than a quarter of a century in publication, Best Lawyers is designating “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities.
These specialties are Banking Law, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Corporate Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Real Estate Law and only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”
Mr. Titus is a shareholder in the firm’s Lansing office where he practices exclusively in the area of real estate law. He received his juris doctorate from Ohio State University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Flint, graduating with high distinction.
Holding memberships in the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Ingham County Bar Association, Mr. Titus is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court’s Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry and is an Allied Member of the American Institute of Architects.
