Nichole J. Derks Joins Foster Swift

The Michigan law firm of Foster, Swift, Collins, & Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Nichole J. Derks has joined the Lansing office as an associate.

Ms. Derks is a member of the General Litigation Group, focusing her practice in the areas of criminal defense, domestic relations, and family law. She has published several articles for the Ingham County Bar Association Briefs regarding drunk driving defense and managing third parties. She was formerly an associate at the Reynolds Law Firm.

She is admitted to practice in Michigan and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association, Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, and American Inns of Court - Michigan State University Chapter. She was awarded her law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law, and received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University.
