This inter-disciplinary group of attorneys and professionals will focus on assisting clients in the multitude of challenges and decisions that confront them in today’s business environment. Specifically, the Task Force will assist banks, bank & financial holding companies, credit unions, insurance companies, and other affected entities in analyzing and responding to the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 ("the bailout bill").
The Economic Recovery Task Force is led by Farmington Hills' shareholder Randall L. Harbour - leader of the firm's Banking, Finance and Real Estate Group.
