LANSING, Mich. – Attorney Ray Littleton was appointed as the Chair position of the Rules and Calendar Committee for the Representative Assembly for the State Bar of Michigan. The Representative Assembly is the final policy-making body of the State Bar of Michigan.  The representative assembly has 150 members that represent the entire state's judicial districts.

The State Bar is comprised of 40,899 members and the board could not cover the wide range of viewpoints and opinions. So the assembly was created to bring more meaningful communication between the board and members of the bar.

Littleton's practice areas include: insurance litigation, commercial litigation, general litigation and employment/labor defense. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of Wisconsin and Federal Bar Association. He is also a member of the ICLE litigation seminar committee and has been named as a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star for the years of 2013, 2014 and 2015.
