Joel Farrar Named Co-Leader of the Foster Swift Business & Corporate Practice Group

LANSING - Shareholder Joel Farrar has been named co-leader of the Foster Swift business and corporate practice group.  The group is one of the firm’s largest with 23 attorneys helping business owners and executives develop long-term strategies to guide their businesses through every stage.

Joel is a business and tax attorney who serves as outside general counsel to businesses of all stages, from start-ups to public companies.  Joel has particular expertise in the areas of executive compensation planning, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and tax disputes.  Joel also serves as the leader of Foster Swift's state and local tax group.
