Lansing, Mich. — The law firm of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Samuel J. Frederick has joined the firm’s Lansing office.
Samuel J. Frederick practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, business transactions, real estate, intellectual property, software development, e-commerce, capital formation and insurance defense.
Mr. Frederick is admitted to practice in Michigan and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association’s China Advisory Committee. He earned his juris doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of Montana. He was formerly with the firm of Murphy, Brenton & Spagnuolo, P.C. in East Lansing, Michigan.
