Lansing, Mich. —Foster Swift attorneys Warren H. Krueger III and Tyler J. Olney are listed as “Rising Stars” in the Michigan Super Lawyers 2022 edition. This is the first year that they have been listed and are recognized for their work in Estate & Probate and Workers’ Compensation respectively.
The current leader of the firm’s Trusts & Estate practice group, Krueger practices in the firm’s Lansing office, focusing in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and probate, civil litigation and real property.
An alum of Michigan State University College of Law, Olney practices from the firm’s Southfield office and has experience in workers’ compensation defense cases involving first and third party no fault defense, insurance defense, commercial and real estate litigation.
To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years of age or younger, or have been in practice for 10 years or less.
