SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Foster Swift litigation attorney Paul J. Millenbach has been appointed as President of the Detroit Bar Association (DBA). Millenbach last served as the DBA’s Vice President and has been involved with the board for over a decade.
Founded in 1836, the DBA is Michigan’s oldest bar association and one of the three oldest in the country. The mission of the DBA is to serve its members and the legal community in Southeastern Michigan by supporting the ethical and successful practice of law and the fair administration of justice.
Millenbach is co-leader of Foster Swift’s General Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm’s Southfield office. He focuses on Michigan no-fault litigation, including medical provider reimbursement as well as first and third party defense, transportation and logistics law and mass tort defense.
