Litigator Taormina Joins Southfield Firm

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC welcomes litigator Lino A. Taormina to the firm's Southfield office. Having practiced in Southeast Michigan for over five years, Lino primarily represents insurance carriers in:

• First-party, No-Fault suits
• Third-party auto negligence suits
• Insurance coverage disputes

His litigation experience also includes:

• Construction defect suits
• Premises liability suits
• Large loss pre-suit investigations, along with a variety of tort and contract litigation.

Lino received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2019. While attending law school, he served as law clerk to the Hon. Daniel S. White, 38th Circuit Court of Michigan. Prior to that, he received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Adrian College where he was also a player and co-captain on the Men's Soccer team.
