LANSING, Mich. – Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC has selected their officers for the 2013 Executive Committee. The officers include: Michael Sanders, Michael Homier, Bruce VandeVusse, James Jensen, Matt Hrebec, and Brent Titus.
Sanders has been elected as the firm's president and, as such, he will chair the Executive Committee. He devotes his law practice to the defense of employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters.
Homier has been re-elected as the vice president for West Michigan. He concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, public finance, zoning and land use.
VandeVusse has been elected as the vice president for Southeast Michigan. He practices primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, health law and general litigation.
Jensen has been elected to serve as vice president for Lansing. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business entity selection, organization and planning, business succession planning, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, taxation and tax planning.
Hrebec has been re-elected as the firm's treasurer. His primary practice areas include: corporate transactions, securities regulation and employee benefits.
Titus has been re-elected to serve as the firm's secretary. His practice focuses primarily in real estate law.
