LANSING, Mich. – Attorney Michael G. Harrison, of Foster Swift Collins & Smith, P.C., has been included in Who's Who in America 2014. Each year Marquis Who's Who selects professionals based on their outstanding records of success in diverse fields.
Harrison is a senior attorney in Foster Swift's Lansing office practicing primarily in arbitration and mediation, and commercial and general litigation. He was recently listed in the 2014 edition of Best Lawyers® in America for his experience in alternative dispute resolution. His inclusion in Who's Who in America can be attributed to both his professional and personal accomplishments.
A judge for 25 years before joining Foster Swift, Harrison has a broad range of experience. He has served as president of the Michigan Judges Association, as chairperson of the National Conference of State Trial Judges and on the Board of Directors of the American Judicature Society. He has also been extensively involved in his community, serving as president of the Mid-Michigan Chapter - American Red Cross, Chief Okemos Council Boy Scouts of America, Greater Lansing Urban League and Lansing Symphony Association.
