Todd Hoppe, Johanna Novak and Steven Haney Elected Shareholders

LANSING, Mich. — The law firm of Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC is pleased to announce the election of Todd W. Hoppe, Johanna M. Novak and Steven A. Haney, Sr. to shareholders.

Hoppe practices in the areas of business organization and planning, business transactions, tax exempt organizations and charitable giving, estate planning and administration and succession planning. Novak practices primarily in the areas of health law, health insurance and employee benefits. Haney's primary areas of practice are insurance fraud and sports law.

Hoppe works from both the Lansing and Grand Rapids office, Novak is based in the Marquette office and Haney splits his time between the Lansing and Farmington Hills offices.
