Three Foster Swift Attorneys Named to dbusiness 2016 Top Lawyers

LANSING, Mich. —Attorneys Julie Fershtman, Frank Mamat and Joseph Viviano were all named to the 2016 Top Lawyers list in dbusiness Magazine.

Julie Fershtman was listed under both Insurance Law and Litigation – Insurance. Julie is a shareholder in the Farmington Hills office where she concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense and coverage. She is also a leading practitioner in Equine Law.

Frank Mamat was named for being a top lawyer in the area of Labor and Employment Law. He is also a shareholder based in the Farmington Hills office. Over the years he has counseled clients on almost every type of complex labor matter possible.

Joseph Viviano is an associate of the Lansing based office. He was honored for being a top lawyer in Real Estate Law. Joseph is a member of the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group and frequently represents beneficiaries, charities and fiduciaries.
