GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The law firm of Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC is pleased to announce the election of Todd W. Hoppe to shareholder. Hoppe practices in the areas of business organization and planning, business transactions, tax exempt organizations and charitable giving, estate planning and administration and succession planning.
Hoppe joined the firm in 2003 as a summer associate and returned to the firm in 2004 after graduating from Vanderbilt Law School. He received his undergraduate degree in Engineering Arts, with honor, from the Honors College at Michigan State University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and Grand Rapids Bar Association. In addition to his practice Hoppe is serves on the board of directors for the Grand Rapids Ballet and the Michigan Technology Network.
