Holland, Mich. – Foster Swift Collins and Smith, PC attorney Jennifer Van Regenmorter was recently elected by delegates of Reformed Church in America ("RCA") nationwide to serve on the Commission of Church Order at the RCA's 2017 General Synod. Jennifer, who specializes in business, healthcare and estate planning law, is one of two people elected to the Commission with experience in the legal field. The Commission is in charge of presiding over the General Synod; the overall governing body of the RCA by maintaining content and interpretation of rulings and bylaws and procedures of a disciplinary and judicial nature.
Jennifer graduated from Calvin College with her Bachelor's in English in 1990 and completed her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1993.
