GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. —Andrew Vredenburg, a shareholder at Foster Swift Collins and Smith P.C., has recently been appointed as the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group Leader. Vredenburg is a distinguished lawyer with more than 20 years of experience.
Vredenburg's practice focuses on commercial litigation, involving environmental law, real estate, construction, trade secret & noncompete contracts, strategic transactions & alliances. Vredenburg is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. He has been involved with the American Inns of Court, he is a current board member on Metro Hospital's Institutional Review Board and he is active on several Cannon Township committees.
