FARMINGTON HILLS - Shareholder Alexander Ayar received the Chaldean American Bar Association's 2016 Attorney on the Rise Award. This award recognizes Alex's contributions to the legal and Chaldean community, as well as his contributions to CABA and his hard work as the organization's President.
Alex focuses his practice on complex litigation. He has been rated "Superb" by Avvo Rating service (its highest rating), "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell (also its highest rating) and has been recognized by Michigan Super Lawyers since 2013. Alex has also served on the Judicial Advisory Committee for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. As a member of the Judicial Advisory Committee, Alex participated in the process of vetting and recommending individuals to fill federal court judicial vacancies - recommendations that ultimately reached the White House for use in making judicial appointments. Alex is also a fellow of the Oakland County Bar Foundation, past president of the Chaldean American Bar Association and a member of multiple other bar foundations.
The Chaldean American Bar Association was founded in 1993 and since then has worked to promote justice, legal education and community service.
