Frank Mamat will be a speaker at an upcoming labor preparedness seminar organized by the Associated Builders and Contractors Southeastern Michigan Chapter.

Nearly all Employee Handbooks currently in use have been found to violate one or more of the National Labor Relations Board's new rules. Four times this year the NLRB has added or changed rules affecting every company's handbook.
