June 19, 2011Attorney David Lick spoke at "Global Trade and Transportation: Next Steps" on June 19-21. The event will be held at the Lord Nelson Hotel, located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The sponsors of the event are Dalhousie University's Centre for International Trade and Transportation and Michigan State University's Canadian Studies Center.
The event focused on Halifax as a major transport corridor to Michigan and the Midwest. It explored current business cases that work, transportation issues and challenges, and plans for an intermodal transport hub in Michigan.
