LANSING - Foster Swift has been included in the 2017 U.S. News – Best Lawyers® "Best Law Firms" list. Foster Swift was rated a Tier 1 Law firm in 26 practice areas. Foster Swift's Lansing office received 20 Tier 1 ranked practice areas, with three more Tier 1 rankings for their Grand Rapids and Southfield offices.
The U.S. News – Best Lawyers® "Best Law Firms" rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process. The process includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review and review of additional information provided by law firms regarding demographic and background information on the firm and its attorneys. To be considered for inclusion on the list, law firms must have at least one lawyer who is included in Best Lawyers in that particular practice area and metro. Foster Swift had 44 lawyers named Best Lawyers in 2017.
