Scott Appointed to the FBA Bankruptcy Steering Committee

LANSING, Mich. –Foster Swift finance and bankruptcy attorney Patricia J. Scott, has been appointed to the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA) Bankruptcy Steering Committee for the Western District of Michigan.

The Federal Bar Association Bankruptcy Section supports attorneys practicing bankruptcy law in the Western District of Michigan through education, development, professional recognition and social events.

Patricia concentrates her practice in bankruptcy, collections/creditor rights, commercial litigation, receiverships and foreclosure from the firm’s Lansing office.  In addition to her practice, Patricia is also the leader of the firm’s Finance, Real Estate and Bankruptcy practice group.
