Foster Swift litigation attorney Scott L Mandel was recently granted membership to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA.)
Established in 1958, ABOTA is a national association, made up of experienced attorneys and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the right to a civil jury trial as stated in the Seventh Amendment.
A former president of the Ingham County Bar Association, Scott has tried over 100 cases in state and federal courts and arbitration panels before agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission. Among his practice areas are business litigation, employment litigation and insurance defense. Much of Scott’s practice concerns complex litigation, including representation of governmental entities and large corporations.
