This one-day seminar shares the perspectives of Administrative Law Judges, Workers’ Compensation Magistrates, commissioners, directors and attorneys on how to navigate the ever-growing overlap between Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law. The morning sessions will focus on representatives from five agencies discussing common errors and key considerations claims adjustors and HR representatives must assess when handling Workers’ Compensation claims and the overlapping employment issues.
