October 9, 2024, October 22, 2024, November 13, 2024

The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce Policy and Regulatory Education Series provides members with opportunities to hear from experts on specific policy and regulatory issues that may impact businesses at the federal, state or local level of government. These educational programs are held throughout the year. However, some sessions may be held on an ad hoc basis depending on the timing of a particular issue. Past areas of focus include family and medical leave, overtime rules, paid sick leave, minimum wage laws and medical/recreational marijuana regulations.

For this specific LRCC Policy & Regulatory Business Education Series we will hear from the following attorneys from Foster Swift:

Clifford Hammond is a member of Foster Swift's Employers Services practice group where he focuses his practice on employment and labor law counsel and litigation. He has extensive experience with the National Labor Relations Act, Michigan Employment Relations Commission, Federal and State Courts, State and Federal administrative agency proceedings, collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, union avoidance, employment litigation, and dispute resolution.

Anthony “Tony” Dalimonte is a labor and employment attorney who focuses on counseling employers on best practices and defending employers in employment litigation. This includes counseling management and human resource professionals on preventing and resolving disputes related to the life cycle of employment.
